Grandpa Style

The name grandpa style first became popular in the blogosphere. When there’s no time to go through multiple steps to brew tea, grandpa style brewing is as easy as it gets. No materials or equipment are required outside of some good old fashioned hot water and a cup.

Step 1 (Optional)

Preheat the cup by pouring hot water into a cup and disposing it

Step 2

Add desired amount of tea leaves to the cup

Step 3

Pour water onto the leaves and allow the tea to steep

Step 4

Leave about two thirds of the cup full as you drink and continue by adding hot water if you intend to drink more infusions.

Step 5

Enjoy and appreciate.
